We're delighted to share some exciting news from 2 Fishes! Our beachfront Italian seafood restaurant in Bophut, Koh Samui, has been nominated for the TOP25 Restaurants Thailand Awards 2026, recognising outstanding restaurants and culinary talent across the country.
For Chef Leandro Panza and the entire 2 Fishes team, this nomination is a wonderful recognition of the passion, dedication and hard work that goes into creating the dining experience our guests have come to know and love.
What are the TOP25 Restaurant Awards Thailand?
Established in Bangkok in 2017, TOP25 Restaurants began as an innovative restaurant guide combining AI-powered technology with human expertise to identify and recognise exceptional dining experiences.
Today, the organisation has grown into an international platform celebrating culinary excellence, creativity, authenticity and hospitality, while promoting the importance of gastronomy to tourism.
The TOP25 Restaurants Thailand Awards 2026 will bring together some of the country's leading chefs, restaurateurs and hospitality professionals to celebrate the restaurants and individuals contributing to Thailand's thriving food scene.
This year's awards ceremony takes place on 26 October 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok, one of the capital's most prestigious luxury hotels and the official host of the celebration.
A Proud Moment for 2 Fishes Koh Samui
Since opening in 2016, 2 Fishes has become a much-loved destination for Italian cuisine and fresh seafood on Koh Samui.
Led by Chef Leandro Panza, whose culinary career spans more than 30 years across Australia, London and Thailand, our kitchen brings together traditional Italian cooking, exceptional local seafood and carefully selected seasonal ingredients.
From freshly prepared pasta and local seafood specialities to our ever-changing weekly specials, our approach has always been about allowing quality ingredients to shine.
Of course, there's more to 2 Fishes than what's on the plate. Our beautiful beachfront terrace, relaxed atmosphere and genuinely welcoming team are just as important to the experience, whether guests are joining us for a special celebration, a romantic dinner by the sea or simply an evening of excellent food and wine.
