House-Smoked Salmon on Rye
Our house-smoked salmon has a subtle sweetness. It’s served on hearty rye bread with a creamy celeriac and horseradish rémoulade.
Pork, Chicken & Pistachio Terrine
A hearty terrine layered with tender pork and chicken, flecked with pistachios for a hint of crunch and nuttiness. A balsamic onion jam adds a rich, tangy finish, perfect with a glass of crisp white wine.
Grilled Radicchio Salad
Smoky grilled radicchio meets roasted pumpkin and creamy gorgonzola. This salad balances earthy bitterness with caramelised sweetness and a touch of blue cheese richness.
Grilled White Asparagus with Black Truffle
Thick spears of white asparagus are gently grilled to preserve their natural sweetness, then dressed with a silky shallot cream sauce and crowned with fresh black truffle and crispy shallots.

Candele all Genovese
A Neapolitan classic: slow-cooked beef shank gently braised with onions, garlic, and white wine until meltingly tender. The rich ragu clings to long tubes of candele pasta, creating a dish that is deep, hearty, and full of character.
Pan-Roasted Octopus
Tender octopus, carefully pan-roasted to achieve a golden crust while remaining succulent inside. Served with a potato and fennel parvé, with a sweet corn purée and a spicy nduja sauce that adds a little heat.
